- Ligament that extends from shaft of the humerus to the medial epicondyle of the humerus.
- Not always present.
- Median nerve, passes in the space between the ligament or Struthers and the humerus, and in this space the nerve may be compressed leading to supracondylar process syndrome.
- Described by John Struthers in 1848.
