16y/o male sustained displaced medial epicondyle fracture and ulnar nerve palsy in a fall while playing football. A/P injury view shown demonstrates medial epicondyle fragment displaced into the joint.

Pt underwent ORIF via a midline posterior approach. The ulnar nerve was found to be trapped within the joint, under the medial epicondyle fragment. A/P 8 week post-operative view. Pt had symmetric painfree ROM with full return of unlar nerve function. |
