Ulnar Shaft Fracture Cases

$grade 1 open ulnar shaft fracture$	61y/o male assaulted with the butt of an AK-47. Sustained Grade 1 open ulnar shaft fracture. Injury picture shown.
$ulnar shaft fracture xray$	A/P and lateral injury views. Patient was treated with IV antibiotic(one dose), tetnus and extension of wound with irrigation, debridement and short arm case placement. Recent research has suggested that ORIF would provide better long term outcome.
